• You may cancel at any time; however, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing cycles.
• Failed payments may result in account suspension until the balance is settled.

4. Event Access & Conduct

• Members must maintain respectful, appropriate behaviour at all events.
• We reserve the right to remove or ban anyone who violates our community standards.
• The Eleven Social is not liable for personal interactions, relationships, or disputes arising from event participation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including logos, images, text, and videos—is the property of The Eleven Social and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Harass, harm, or threaten others.
• Impersonate another individual or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious software.
• Violate any applicable laws or third‑party rights.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

• The Eleven Social provides its services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding romantic outcomes, matches, or the availability of specific individuals.
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages that may occur at events or through use of our platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or otherwise act in a manner that harms the community.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
